Anthropic: inference hooks (prompt + pre-tool-call) GA on Claude Enterprise

Claude/Anthropic article: inference hooks are now generally available — prompt hooks inspect prompts before inference; pre-tool-call hooks inspect tool calls before execution, for DLP/policies the company already uses. In the same package: security center (beta), centralized management (beta), sign-out via Admin API, self-serve IP allowlist, blocking personal accounts on managed Claude Desktop, EDR on the Cowork VM (beta). Hooks managed by Owners/Primary Owners in Organization settings.
