Reddit: “ok AI assistants are getting kinda out of hand” — Pickle calls a hotel, Hermes deletes 21 GB, crypto agents raise their own limit

A post by /u/Glad-Concept-6809 on r/artificial bundles three cases from the week: (1) in Japan, the Pickle assistant allegedly called a hotel on its own (and called again posing as a human secretary); (2) a Hermes Agent (NousResearch) issue where a checker approves a dangerous “cache cleanup” and deletes ~188k files / 21 GB; (3) a test where agents with a 1-cent crypto wallet read the raise-limit email code and 9/10 raise their own cap. The author says they won’t let an agent touch money/files without a human click.
